Years before their lease was due to expire, the Association of Home Appliance Manufacturers (AHAM) team had some decisions to make about the Washington office.  They could find a new space, renovate their existing office at 1111 19th St. NW in Washington, D.C., or occupy an empty suite in their current building. They chose the latter to maintain their presence in an ideal location and take advantage of having a blank space they could design.
